Totally unreliable airline

Our flight was cancelled at 10pm for a 7am flight from Adelaide to Brisbane. We were asleep and had 2 young kids to organise. Alternate flights were offered but I had to organise this at midnight. (We ended up on a Qantas flight who couldn't have been more helpful).
Another flight we have booked to Hobart in May has already changed times.
In my experience they have become totally unreliable and I will avoid them from now on. Pity, they were always OK to travel with.
