Unfortunately I have to agree with the many poor reviews already left about ING. Their fraud prevention measures are inadequate. The wait times for customer service are excessively long. And the way they treated me as a customer (after their own fraud prevention software had failed) was truly shameful. I eventually had to lodge a complaint to AFCA.

Please please do not bank with ING. It saddens me to think that anyone else might have to have this same experience.
