Well eBay says they stand by there money back guarantee which is false in December of 2022 I bought a laptop from one of there sellers and it was never shipped to me I tryed to contact the seller got no response asked eBay to step in and they refused to refund my money to this day there still has been no movement on tracking of the laptop I've used eBay before and didn't have a problem till this issue happened I'm very disappointed and so very done with them
