In the last week we have spent over 8 hours (3 different days) on the phone with Verizon. The customer service is bar far the worst we have ever had. We still have a watch that we are paying cellular for that does not work. We were told we would receive a call from a supervisor, which has not happened. So frustrated and upset at the lack of service and professionalism we have been shown.
