This courier delivered my parcel to the wrong address and I still don’t have it. They sent me a photo of the letterbox they delivered to - not our letterbox or street. I sent them photos of our house and letterbox as well as offering them security camera vision. Don’t reply to emails and as for calls they always have an excuse. I just want my parcel. Would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
