Just the worst

Just the worst , I've been on the customer service line for an hour , no answer, this bank doesn't have any sense of urgency . Why should it be this difficult for me to get help to use my hard earned money? Not cool, I wonder how the team sleeps at night, knowing fully well they're keeping someones money from them when they need it the most .
