Just the worst bank to deal with. I’ve waited two weeks for a security code so I can set up on line banking. Hours wasted waiting on the phone only to be told a “security pack” would be sent to me. Totally unprofessional. Having closed most of my local branches I was advised to “visit a branch.” Just. The. Worst.
