Very disappointed with customer service

Very disappointed. I ordered a women’s wallet online direct through site and 3 weeks later realized it did not arrive. Did a chat with customer service after I saw it was cancelled and they were claiming that my email address and billing address did not match my banks info which is also incorrect. Did they email or call me to straighten this out before cancelling? No. Most likely too lazy to go through the effort. Deleted Gucci app and will not be using a company with bad customer support.
