Impossible to contact business advisor

I received an email asking me to contact Barclays Business. Gave a number and option number. Called and auto response said at least two hours waiting time but press option 1 and my place in the queue would be held and I would get a call back.

Needless to say no call back. Used to be a proper Bank and you could call and discuss things with your Manager. Now just a faceless and uncaring. After being a customer for over 50 years looking elsewhere.
