I have booked a flight with Royal Jordanian Airlines from Detroit to Beirut. I cancelled my flight the following hour for a family emergency. I have emailed them at Ibesupport at rj.com and have not received not one reply since December 17 2021. It is January 12 2022 now. I am very disappointed and have still not received my refund !!!!!
