Missing items from order

My son ordered a 8 piece boneless feast for three of us to share. When it arrived there was no popcorn chicken and only two packs of chips (should be 4).

The meal is supposed to be for four there was hardly enough for 2, disgusting. They didn’t even issue a receipt so he could report the missing items.

Even when we order and collect ourselves I check the pack before I leave because 9 times out of 10 there is something missing.

The order came from the Hartshead moor service station.
