Would give 0 if I could. Ordered a £300 down jacket. Delivery was fast but they sent the wrong item. Contacted them via email and they requested pictures of what I received which I sent to them. Then they asked for more pics of the tag with a barcode, I let them know there was no barcode. They then said they cannot help. So I have paid £300 for something that costs £100 on their website. Atrocious service and atrocious company. Had I seen these reviews before buying I would have given them a wide berth. Do not deal with these.
