Lot airline is the worst airline in the World

Worst airline in the world ever. They cancelled my flight without my approve and even do not accept my claim. All contact form either not working and showing the error and even e-mails are not valid. After a long hold on the phone line agents advise to fill up forms, send e-mails which do not work. If you have a chance to avoid this airline - do it. Any airline in the world will be better than LOT
