If I could give 0 star for their pathetic customer service. I ordered online and was very happy with my purchase and kept waiting for my order but after searching for my order number on their portal, it said my order was cancelled and I received no notification from them about cancellation. After writing an email to their team they just simple regret the situation and could not offer an actual solution.
