Appalling airline- I feel cheated

Appalling airline- I feel cheated and robbed. One month later and I still haven’t received my luggage containing valuable gifts from my family in Africa, nor have I had any form of communication or compensation. Not only is it a massive loss but the anxiety from time spent trying every avenue to track my luggage via phone and physically to airports has caused tremendous anxiety. I don’t know how they live with themselves. Never ever use this airline.
