Unfriendly and unhelpful

I had originally booked to travel in December 2021. Because of lockdowns at my destination I needed to move my flights to a week earlier. After spending more than 48 hours trying to contact Ethiopian airways to change my tickets I ended up having to purchase new ones. Trying to move the old flights to a new time or refund them I am getting nowhere. Not worth while dealing with their staff who are not at all polite or helpful.
