House was FILTHY when received keys. Took 2 whole days to clean before we could actually move in. Tiles on the front porch lifted and cracked after 18 months. Mirvac refuses to fix. Great advertisement for poor quality when visitors come and its the first thing they see! Talked MANY MANY family and friends out of buying Mirvac. Very few of the post completion defects were rectified. Many neighbours who also built Mirvac have or had similar problems. NEVER AGAIN!
