Worst courier by far

We have used a few different couriers for our business over the years. These are the worst to date. Normal 4 day via road from Melbourne is the normal time frame but up to 8 - 10 days with direct. Seems it goes off the rails when the freight hits Hobart depot (Scanned in to depot 2-3 times on average over a few days) due to slack don't care attitude employees. Last freight we received were marble items took 9 days to get here and most items were were smashed. user beware DONT USE!!
