Direct freight express I don’t think so.. I had my parcel sitting at there depot for 6 days had called the service centre everyday wondering when it was going to be delivered on the 6th day I called the service centre twice they said it was with the driver and would be delivered that afternoon. The van driver drove straight past my house so again called the service centre and were told the driver couldn’t find the address so I decided too go and pick it up myself from the depot so definitely wouldn’t go through this company again.
