Courier arrived when we were not at home. We have a lockup parcel / letter box. Driver bent the door open and bent the lock to leave the parcel leaving the letterbox damaged. THEN, tried to contact these people...almost impossible. No email contact shown. Waiting on phone so long...have to hang up. Deliberately not answering the phone in a timely manner.
Look at the negative reviews on Product Review website...depressingly similar negative experiences.
