Very stressful experience, using this company.

I gave them one star because the young men doing the job were lovely. However, they were given absolutely no training at all, and no idea of how to even get a large chair out the door and down the steps safely, let alone a washing machine. They had no understanding of how to pack the truck or how to protect my furniture. They had inadequate equipment to do their job safely. Luckily my house is small and we didn’t have too far to go. The truck they were driving had bald rear tyres. Their manager/employer should be hauled over the coals for their failure to provide adequate training. Don’t use this company, for your sanity. Moving is stressful enough.
