It's been months and we have still not received our refund. We were promised in 5 weeks. I will be visiting your office if I don't get my money back in 1 week. And i will be taking legal action.

Is there a way to respond to replies? If you are reading this Gaura Travel..I have done all the required paperwork months ago...and still no money....7 more days and I ll knock at your Melbourne office.
