I disagree with those praised about this locations working culture. I've worked in the past as a FTE before moving to a better location and company. I hated working there for 2 years. Felt political even though people were nice. Too much pressure, trainings, etc to go through in 2-3 weeks. Mistakes are constantly reminded like you are haunted by it. Several of my colleagues quitted for better opportunities, with majority citing as seeking better work culture.
