i would suggest to Vendors to research other options. This is a company who are not interested in client satisfaction and come across having a motto that suggests completely the opposite. I did try to have my issue resolved without having to go to VCAT but was told that this would be the only path! I am bemused at the fact that Knight Frank would take this stance over a small amount of money or maybe this is a tactic as most people are not going to take time the it takes.
