What a complete disappointment Trek's service has become. I've owned five Treks over the years but trying to order a Trek online is pretty much impossible. Just looked at 15 different models from $12K to $8K bikes, and not one is available. Why even list them? Trying to get one from a dealer is also ridiculous. It's time switch brands. Very disappointed!
